Teen Summer Reading Challenge

Summer got you bored? Why not see what the library has to offer and have fun winning prizes at the same time!

Have we got your attention?

If you’re a teen between the ages of 13 and 18, you can register for our Teen Summer Reading Challenge in your local SDG Library branch. Pick up or print out a challenge card and complete each challenge, then come in and tell us. These challenges include things like hitting your personal reading goal, bringing someone to the library, and trying out one of our eResources.

The best part? Once you’ve completed a row of three challenges, you can come in for a free Teen Summer Reading Challenge button. Six challenges down? You can choose a free 3D print from our catalogue. All Nine? You get an SDG swag item. And everyone who registers for the challenge automatically gets entered into a draw for a prize pack.

This challenge will get underway on July 2nd and wrap up on August 20th, so make sure to register ASAP! In the meantime, here’s a list of trending titles that you can borrow to get you started.
