You might know that SDG Library has World Book Kids. This is an easy-to-navigate resource designed to build confidence and encourage creativity with image-driven navigation and inquiry-based activities. If you don’t have the answer, World Book will! If you’re looking to expand and experiment with your child’s learning, World Book Kids has additional resources for educators that can help you make the most of this online learning tool.
But the fun doesn’t stop there! SDG Library is pleased to announce the launch of three additional World Book resources.
For pre- and emergent readers, World Book Early Learning might give you a break from Ms. Rachel or Blippi or whichever YouTube star your little is obsessed with! The tools and content included will reinforce the early childhood curriculum via short-form videos, read aloud stories, printable activities and more.
World Book Student is your one-stop shop for cross curricular learning and seamlessly integrates with Google Classroom and Microsoft One Drive. It even includes a Citation Builder feature designed to introduce elementary and middle school students to citing trusted sources of information.
Worried that there’s nothing for French Language Learners? Fear not! L’Encyclopédie Découverte can be thought of as the French language version of World Book Kids; designed for younger users who are native French speakers as well as those just beginning their French language learning journey.
