Computer & Internet FAQs

  • Library staff can assist with computer use; however, depending on the nature of your request it may be required that you schedule an appointment to ensure that staff can dedicate time to assisting you.

  • If you are downloading files that you need later, we recommend saving them to your personal USB drive or a cloud storage service. Files downloaded to our computers will be erased once you log out of the computer station.

  • SDG Library computers can be accessed using your SDG Library barcode and your 4 digit pin number. If you are having trouble logging in at the branch, please ask branch staff for assistance.
