Meeting Rooms

Need space to hold a meeting? The Library has meeting space available in two of our branches:

Ingleside Branch: 15 seating capacity

Winchester Branch: 20 seating capacity

Please review our Facilities Use Policy, and if interested in booking library space please submit a completed Facilities Use Request Form, opens a new window to the appropriate library branch.

Room rental fees:   $20.00/hour plus HST.   Fees are waived for non-profit groups.
